Frozen-ish Birthday Party

Frozen-ish Birthday Party

My little girl turned 5 last week.  I can’t believe how she’s grown.  It only seems like yesterday that she was just a little baby making us laugh.DSC_0291 (1)

We got her a bike this year, and she was totally excited and surprised.

John’s idea for decorating the party room was to hang icicle lights across the room in diagonal lines.  It looks so great, we will hate to take them down after Christmas.

I got these cute reindeer from John’s dad and included them in the decor.

All the printables came from this post at Strawberry Mommy Cakes.

We made this salt dough hand print ornament when Arabella was two years old.

Doesn’t everyone love Olaf?

Have you ever seen a reindeer with earrings?

For the birthday girl – an Elsa tiara.

Here’s the gingerbread house that Arabella and I made together.

This banner was part of the printables.  I punched holes and strung twine through each pennant.

When Arabella woke up, we had these icicles hanging from the doorways.

We like to surprise her every year with something she can find on her way to our bedroom to wake us up.

Isn’t he the cutest little reindeer?

The birthday girl loves snow globes and a very special family member sent her this to remind her of the snow she grew up with in Virginia.  She was enamored.  Thanks, Tika!
